We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
